This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the "Easy light" Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") between Easy Light and the user. "User" refers to individuals and units that register, log in and use the Service. This Agreement may be updated by EsM at any time, and the updated terms of Agreement shall replace the original terms of Agreement once published without prior notice, and users may refer to the latest version of the Terms of Agreement in this h5. 2. Account registration

1. Users need to register an "easy flash" account before using the Service. The "Easy flash" account shall be registered by binding a mobile phone number. Users are requested to register an "Easy Flash" account using a mobile phone number that has not been bound to the "Easy Flash" account and a mobile phone number that has not been banned by Easy Flash in accordance with this Agreement. Esm may change the way of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to the user.

2, if the registration applicant has been banned by the precedent or suspected of false registration and abuse of other people's name registration, and other reasons can not get permission, the registration application will be rejected.

3. In view of the binding registration method of the "Easy light" account, you agree that Easy Light will allow your mobile phone number and mobile device identification code and other information to be used for registration.

4, in the user registration and use of the Service, the user needs to collect personal information that can identify the user, so that the user can contact the user when necessary, or to provide users with a better experience. The information collected by EsM includes but is not limited to the user's name and address; Esm agrees that the use of this information will be subject to Article 3 of the User's personal privacy information protection.

3. Account security

1, once the user registered successfully, become a user of easy flash, will get a user name and password, and have the right to use their own user name and password to log in easy flash at any time

2, the user is fully responsible for the security of the user name and password, and is fully responsible for all activities and events carried out under his/her user name.

3. Users shall not transfer or authorize others to use their user names in any form without authorization

4, the user to keep the password properly, do not tell the password to others, due to poor password storage caused by all losses borne by the user.

5, if the user leaks the password, it may lead to adverse legal consequences, so no matter what causes the security of the user's password to be threatened, you should immediately contact the easy flash service staff, otherwise the consequences are their own.

Iv. User Representations and warranties

1. The User undertakes that it is a civil subject with full capacity for civil conduct and has the ability to reach a transaction and fulfill its obligations.

3. Any content produced, uploaded, copied, published and transmitted by the user in the process of using eshine.com, including but not limited to account profile picture, name, user description and other registration information and authentication information, or text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics, etc. to send, reply and related link pages, as well as other content generated by the use of the account or the service, shall not violate the relevant country The legal system, including but not limited to the following principles:

(1) violates the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) harming national honor and interests;

(4) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity;

(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social public order and undermining social stability;

(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crimes;

4. Users shall not use the "Easy" account or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of "Easy" or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

(1) contains any sexual or sexual implication;

(2) containing abusive, intimidating or threatening content;

(3) contains harassment, junk advertising, malicious information, decoy information;

(4) involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;

(5) infringement of others' legal rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, trade secrets, etc.;
